Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how Cysgu Sleep Consultancy works with families. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Scope of service: Seren, Lleuad and Haul

Cysgu offers online sleep support for babies and toddlers through three packages: Seren, Lleuad and Haul. Each package includes the consultation, planning and follow-up support described on its package page at the time you book. Support is delivered remotely, and we will agree with you which elements are included before work begins. Anything outside your chosen package can be added by agreement.

2. Your responsibilities

To get the most from your support, we ask that you complete the questionnaire and sleep diaries honestly and fully, share any relevant health information, attend sessions on time, and let us know about changes to your child’s health or circumstances. You remain responsible for your child’s care and for deciding how to apply any suggestions.

3. Sleep outcomes – no guarantee

Every child is different. Our support is evidence-based and caring, but we cannot guarantee specific sleep results or timescales. Progress depends on many factors, including your child’s development, health and how consistently a plan is followed.

4. Payment

Package fees are shown at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Life with little ones can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a session, please give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to find a new time. Once work on your plan has begun, refunds may be reduced to reflect the support already provided. Any refund due will be made using the original payment method.

6. Your UK consumer cancellation rights

If you book online or at a distance, you usually have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel. If you ask us to start work during that period, you may need to pay for the services provided up to the point you cancel, and you may lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully delivered. We will ask for your clear agreement before starting early.

7. Medical and safe-sleep limits

Cysgu does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our support does not replace your GP, health visitor or other healthcare professional. If you have any concerns about your child’s health, please seek medical advice. All guidance follows recognised UK safe-sleep recommendations, and we may pause support if a medical concern needs to be checked first.

8. Confidentiality and safeguarding

Information shared with Cysgu will be treated with care, respect, and confidentiality. We will only share personal information where there is a lawful reason to do so, such as providing the service, meeting legal obligations, or responding to a safeguarding concern. If we believe a child or another person may be at risk of harm, we may need to contact appropriate safeguarding services or healthcare professionals. Where it is safe and appropriate, we will explain this to you before sharing information.

9. Private use of plans and handouts

Your sleep plan, handouts and other materials are created for your family’s private use. Please do not copy, share, sell or publish them without our written permission. Cysgu keeps ownership of all materials.

10. Complaints

If something hasn’t felt right, please tell us. Contact us in writing and we will acknowledge your concern promptly and work with you to put things right where we can. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Agreement and acceptance

By booking or paying for a Cysgu package, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in place when you book will apply to your package.
